Yes. Community Edition is free and open source under the Apache License 2.0.
Yes. 支持 Windows versions are Windows 10 or later, including Windows 11, plus Windows Server 2016 or later.
DBeaver requires Java 25 or higher. Official packages since 23.0 ship with an OpenJDK 25 bundle.
Install from a release you trust and review integrity notes. Occasional antivirus false positives are a known pattern for Java desktop installers.
